1965 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE 289cid/200hp 2bbl V8 Automatic "NO RESERVE"

For sale is a 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible with the 289cid/200hp 2bbl V8 engine. This Mustang has a bright red exterior, black interior, white power convertible top with plastic rear window, and white matching boot. Original radio included. As you can see in the data plate info below, the current color, interior, and top are not the original colors. The car was purchased in 1982 in the current colors. The car went through a frame off restoration in the early 90's. The engine was rebuilt at that time.

HISTORY OF THIS MUSTANG:
I am selling this car for my parents who purchased this car from a private individual in February 1982 with 65,000 miles on it.
It was driven numerous years on and off between 1982 and 1992.
The car has been in storage since 1992.

This classic pony is in good shape inside and out.
Mechanically and cosmetically sound for being in storage for 25 years.
Engine starts right up. Might need to have the carburetor and an engine tune-up to be used as a regular driver.
Power convertible top works.
Interior and Exterior lighting are all operational.
Aftermarket custom AM/FM Cassette Player has been disconnected but works; original radio included.
New fuel tank, fuel pump, and fuel lines installed.
New brake lines installed.
New plugs and plug wires.
As seen in some of the pictures, there is some bubbling in the rear fender wells from some rust. Front fenders look good.
Minor pitting in the chrome but overall nice and shiny.
Interior is in very nice condition.
