1997 Ford F-350 xl Description

Nice Ford F-350 Crew cab truck. 268K miles
The bad:
- Dents in front fender, driver rear bed and tail gate.
- Transmission leaks fluid from bell housing. Mechanic says it is probably the torque converter seal and it would be a 6hr job.
- Upolstry is rough but there are nice seat covers
- Scratches on the dash
The good:
- High pinion Dana 60 front axle and Sterling 10.5 rear axle with 3.55 gears
- Good running 460 big block engine (Starts right up but a little sluggish. Maybe old gas?)
- Government maintained
- Bed liner
- Manual locking hubs
It starts and runs fine but the transmission starts leaking pretty good after a minute or so. Fine for driving on a trailer but not for driving much distance. I bought it from the state at auction a year ago and haven't run it on the road. Clean California title but currently on non-op.
