2002 Ford Taurus Description

Up for sale is a 2002 Ford Taurus SEL. It has just under 200k miles and runs great! I was personally using it every day to commute about 100 miles per day. The car currently has been sitting for a while since I no longer commute and it seems like it may need new valve cover gaskets. It's not currently leaking oil on the ground but you can smell a burning oil smell every once and a while. It may stop once the car is driven everyday, but I can't say for sure. The front struts have been making noise over bumps & every once in a while the ABS will go off when coming to a stop. I think it could be a rusted up sensor from not driving the car. The body shows signs of wear and tear and some rust over the rear driver side tire. Now for the good the car does have 4 brand new tires with about 1300 miles on them as you can see from the picture of the receipt. The battery is brand new about 2 months old. The front brakes, ball joints, and wheel bearings were replaced last year. The ac system was completely redone last summer (new compressor, lines and condenser). Ac works great. The fuel pump was replaced last winter. The water pump and radiator hoses I replaced 2 years ago. I have no use for the car now and it's just sitting here. When I was driving it I tried to keep the car reliable and never had any problems with it.
