You are more than welcome to inspect vehicle in person or if you are unable to do so, you can arrange a third party inspection by using eBay service 24 hours before the end of the auction.

It is guaranteed that engine and transmission is in proper working condition at the time of listing, but NOT AFTER YOU BUY AND DRIVE IT HOME.

Please have the vehicle inspected in person or arrange a third party inspection BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS in order to avoid any misunderstanding regarding the condition of this truck. If you choose not to do so, by placing your winning bid you accept it as it is and take all the responsibility.

Please DO NOT assume anything and ask a questions BEFORE the auction ends.

Please, expect POSSIBLE little scratches, bug or rock marks, tiny dents or dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing used vehicle. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, which will have wear, so again, please refer to the pictures posted and if possible, make an appointment to inspect the vehicle yourself. Please be certain of your decision to complete the transaction before you place a bid.
THE SALE IS FINAL and the winner of the auction is required by eBay to pay in full by placing his bid. Payment is required within 3 business days and vehicle is to be picked up in timely manner. Buyer is required to contact me within the first 24 hours and leave a name and phone number.

Any non-pay bidder will be reported to eBay and unpaid item record posted. So PLEASE make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions BEFORE you place your bid. If you win the auction, it means the item is yours and you have to pay for it.
If you want to ship the vehicle after you won the auction, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inspect the vehicle PRIOR to shipping by a third party before the auction ends. The truck will not be released to shipper until all the paper work is complete properly and returned.
