Vehicle Pickup & Shipping All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. General Terms Notice to Bidders: All of the vehicles we list on eBay are for sale locally. We reserve the right to end an auction early. All cars are immediately ready for delivery upon sale. Deposit: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call to make arrangements for payment. Payment Types: Cash in person, Certified Funds, Institutional Financing All sales transactions must be completed within 7 calendar days of auction close. Prices subject to change without notice and do not include Title, License, Registration Fees, State or Local Taxes or Processing Fees, if any. Please contact seller first for vehicle availability. Ebay customers must contact North Texas Truck Stop within 24 hours of the end of auction or any other commitment to purchase through Ebay. All vehicles are for sale locally and we reserve the right to end any auction at any time. All sales require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of sale agreement. Deposits can be made by phone with credit card (Visa, Discover, Master Card), cash or cashier’s check. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional, on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, advertising costs, Ebay listing fees and lost dealership productivity. Full payment is to be received within 7 days from the end of the auction. Full payment is due before vehicle delivery. Buyers in all states are required to pay a vehicle inventory tax (VIT) calculated at .001874% of the sale price. For example, VIT on a $10,000 vehicle will be $18.74. All sales are subject to a flat $125 document fee. Our document fee is collected by North Texas Truck Stop and is not required by law. We charge a $38 title fee. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for taxes and registration fees in their own states. Texas residents pay a 6.25% state sales tax.
