2008 Ford F-350 Lariat Description

I am selling a very clean 2008 F 350 Super Duty Lariat 6.4 Diesel Short Bed Truck. This truck was purchased from Huntington Beach Ford back in January 2011 with 20,830 miles. This was a BUY BACK LEMON taken back by FORD.
If you are not familiar with a LEMON BuyBack - The law in California states that if after 3 times with the same issue. The dealer or manufacturer can not fix the problem. The manufacturer has to buy the car back. Normally when this happens, a dealer authorized by Ford in this case would buy the car back. They will go through and replace anything that is wrong with the car and re-sale it, but the title will now be labeled as a Lemon Buy back.
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED - IT'S A GREAT RELIABLE TRUCK
The issue was related to A/C and Heating system. All issues were completely corrected and I received 1 year bumper to bumper warranty. I drove this truck up to about 92,796 with no major issues. I gave it to my sister on Dec 2015 which at the time they lived in Texas. The truck went to Texas for One Year and came back Dec 2016. They have also driven this truck with no major issues. The truck has only been Titled in California. The truck has received very good care under our ownership. Oil has been changed regularly (Fuel Filter) and Transmission and Transaxle has been serviced two times. The things that have been replaced on this truck have been the two batteries (3 years old now from AAA), the Alternator at about 110,000 miles, One of the turbo hoses at about 116,000 miles
The truck had the following service at 91,644 miles (12/17/15).
1) Oil change
2) Front differential fluid
3) Rear differential fluid
4) Transfer case fluid
5) Auto Transmission fluid
6) Fuel Filter
This truck is in excellent running condition. The reason for selling is simple.
They are looking to downsize to a smaller vehicle. My sister and brother in law moved back to California and need a smaller vehicle to commute to their new job.
This is a Lariat Super Duty. It features power everything - power seats, power windows, power door locks w remote, power sliding rear window, auto headlights, key code entry, power folding side mirrors which also extends for towing purposes. If your hubs are locked you can switch in and out of 4x4 on the fly, with a high and low setting. Tires have about 4,000 miles in the rear and about 30,000 in the front.
Dual zone climate control works great, AC is super cold and the heat is substantial for winter driving. The rear seats can be folded up and an installed metal rack will fold out to allow you to fill the back area with cargo on a nice hard flat surface. Of course you can also fold this away and place your cargo on the floor instead if you like.
Steering wheel controls include radio controls, temperature and climate control adjustments, and cruise control. Traction control can be turned on or off with the touch of a button, and the foot pedals can be electronically adjusted forward or back to fit the driver. There is also a variable control for your power trailer brakes. You can adjust how much braking force is sent to the trailer to balance the load better. Four upfitter switches allow you to install lights or other accessories easily. Windows are tinted all the way around to keep the heat out in summertime.

Cons

No navigation - original navigation stop working - new aftermarket radio has Bluetooth and steering wheel controls DO work.

Paint scratches - rear of cabin (where bed cover rest) & a few others nicks through out
Chrome bubbling on front grill (see photos)
Rear proximity sensors - intermittently work
Front center fold down cup holder has broken plastic piece (still works)
Front windshield has a small rock crack - size of a dime (has been fixed with epoxy, but its visible)
I have tried to list everything to the best of my knowledge. There is plenty of photos to show the condition of the truck. Title on hand.
Truck may have 200-300 miles over thelisted mileage by the time this auction is finished.
