The diesel 7.3 Powerstroke engine is legendary. I looked specifically for 7.3 Powerstroke, and that was the only type of F-250 engine I was willing to buy, and my next truck will absolutely be a 7.3 Powerstroke. If you are not familiar with the advantages of this 7.3, and the longevity that you will get out of it, you may want to Google it, to find out why this is such a coveted engine.
No reserve price. This truck has ice cold A/C, and no accidents. All drivers have been non-smokers. Very clean interior. Extremely well maintained-with records. This truck looks & drives AMAZING. It drivesdrives smooth and straight, even at 80 MPH+.
When I bought this truck, I looked around the country, and traveled to another state to buy this truck because of how heavily babied and customized it has been. This was the best truck I found BY FAR that met my criteria. I took the truck in to the dealership this week to see if there was anything I needed to fix, and the dealership told me it was in "dang good" condition. I had them change the oil and the brake fluid this week. I'm selling because my wife has been in a wheelchair, and the lift makes it a little difficult for her to get in. After I sell this I'mplanningto re-purchase almost exactly the same truck with less lift.
Disclaimers: At the beginning of this last winter, the vehicle was hard to start one night after it had been very cold. So, I took the truck in and had them install two completely new batteries and new glow plugs. It cost me $1,300+, and now the vehicle starts perfectly every time. Even on the coldest nights I have not had to plug it in to warm. The trailer hitch and some of the lug nuts on the wheels have a little rust on them. The fold-down arm rest on the right side of the drivers's seat has a tear, but I usually just keep that folded up and rest my arm on the center console, so it's not visible. There is a small spot on the edge of the driver's side (less than the size of a quarter) where it hit something and the paint came off. It has been re-painted, but if you look you can still tell because the paint is at a different level than the paint around it. The buyer is responsible to have the car inspected to see if there is anything else wrong with it that I don't know.
