2011 Ford Escape Description

This is my own personal vehicle which was purchased new in 2011. YES it has high miles but they are 85% highway miles. I make several trips per year to Maryland from Florida (hence the high miles).Around town I have never averaged lower than 21 MPG and highway never less than 25. My average millage is 22/26.This vehicle has been very well maintained having over 30 oil changes. 50K tune-up and 100K tune-up (although wasn't done until 105K. AC was replaced in Feb 2015 (completely). ICE COLDTires have about 35K on them. I believe they still have at least 10K left. Front brakes replaced about 40K miles ago. Rears have not been replaced.It is a Southern vehicle and has never seen snow or winter weather. There is absolutely NO fading of paint and as you can see by the pictures it is a stand-out.100% rust FREE.Oil was changed yesterday as was wipers front and back. I have used the same mechanic for 30 years so he has done ALL the work on the suv.A few minor issues. I jack knifed my trailer causing a dent near the gas tank. (look closely at the pictures). I was told by a local auto body shop that it is about a 400 repair. Also, there are a few paint chips but VERY minor. Near the hitch receiver you will see some scratches but NO dents.The interior is in AMAZING condition especially given the millage. The leather pops, dash is super clean (few light scratches), council has a couple marks (mood lights in cup holders work).There is a USB port (not working) There is a cigarette style charger front and back.Upgraded stereo with CD changer AM/FM and Sirius Radio. I have only used the Sirius Radio in this vehicle but I know the others work well.SMOKE FREE from day one!!!!I am doing my best not to embellish the condition it is simple what you would be purchasing.The only reason I'm selling it is because I now need a truck for my work.It has a Factory installed (from Ford) tow package. I have a 22" Bay Boat that I tow and have gone as much as 400 miles several times and never had a problem. Although the gas goes down to 14/15 MPG.Has a full size spare (used) and original jack (which has never been out of the holder).This is not a cream puff but a GREAT first or second car. GREAT LOOK inside and out. Carpeting needs a DEEP CLEANING!!!!Because of the prices of used cars today I really believe this one is worth around $8,000 but I'm offering it at 4,999.99 as an opening bid. With NO RESERVE!!!!!!!!!!
YOU WILL NOTICE BY THE PICTURES THAT THE FRONT WINDSHIELD HAS A CRACK. (Got nailed by a rock truck last Saturday) IT WILL BE REPLACED FRIDAY OF THIS WEEK. (NOT REPAIRED, REPLACED).
