Up for auction is a 2003 Ford Taurus SES. This vehicle is in poor cosmetic condition but runs and drives well. The windshield is cracked and the passenger side exterior mirror is missing. The mirror can be replaced without issue as the structure and wiring circuit where the mirror was fixed is not damaged. The Air conditioning and heat work in the vehicle along with the stereo, lights, etc. Windows do not operate. power seat works fine. Engine runs fine with no known defects. Transmission shifts fine with no known defects. The vehicle runs and drives well and does not stall, skip, slip or lose power. doors open and close without issue. Power locks and horn function. There is a new battery and starter installed within the last 6 months. Tires are near new and have excellent tread. One tire has low air pressure and might have a nail on it. The vehicle was not driven with the low tire pressure. Aside from the cosmetic damage seen in the photos, the vehicle runs and drives well.

The purchase of this vehicle will require a deposit in the amount of $75.00. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. You must arrange pick-up/delivery within THREE DAYS of the end of this auction. Should you fail to take possession of the vehicle within such allocated time, the seller reserves the right to relist the vehicle and withhold any deposit. Once you take possession of the vehicle, you are bound by the laws in the State of New York, including laws applicable to the sale or purchase of a used motor vehicle, where such sale constitutes an as-is purchase. There are no returns, exchanges or partial refunds. Once you win this bid, YOU ARE AN OWNER. In exchange, the seller releases possession and ownership of the vehicle to the winning bidder, as well as any and all liabilities and expenses associated with ownership. This is a used vehicle. As with any used vehicles, the probability of normal damage associated with the use of a motor vehicle may exist, such as, but not limited to the following; scratches, dings, dents, scuffs, paint chips, etc. The seller reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time.
