We have been a licensed Automobile Dealership in Philadelphia, PA. for the past eighteen years. We are primarily an Auto Wholesale Operation supplying other dealerships, and we are now listing select vehicles for sale to the public as well. This is a very clean 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT with 157,897 miles. There has been only one owner since new. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and we have the clear, original title in hand.

This Truck has the 4.0L V6 engine, automatic transmission, and four-wheel-drive. It is also equipped with the Premium Package including the leather interior, power sunroof, heated & power seats, power rear bed window, and lots of other features. All of the equipment in this vehicle has been checked and tested and everything is working properly including the air conditioning. We also have the full set of Ford floor mats, bed extender and the locking tonneau cover.

The 4.0L V6 engine runs strong and smoothly. The automatic transmission shifts very nicely and the four-wheel-drive engages properly. The suspension and steering feels nice and tight. The matching set of tires were installed by the owner and are showing most of their tread. The brakes are in excellent condition and the oil and filters were changed this week. There aren't any warning or service lights on. This Sport Trac runs beautifully and is ready to be picked up and put to use immediately.

The exterior of this Sport Trac looks terrific. The Black paint is very glossy over the entire body with only front stone chips and minor imperfections. There aren't any dents or body damage, and there isn't any body rust at all. The undercarriage is also in great condition.

The interior of this Truck is in great condition. The seats and flooring are clean without any damage. This was a non-smoker vehicle and there aren't any odors or burn marks inside. There aren't any rips or holes on the seats or carpeting, and all of the interior trim pieces are intact, tight and in great condition.

This is a great looking Sport Trac that runs excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to jump in and drive this Truck anywhere, and expect it to provide excellent service for many years to come.

PAYMENT:

A 10% deposit (minimum $500) is due 24 hours of auction completion. We accept Paypal for the deposit only. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion.

The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms.

WARRANTY:

This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles.

The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. There will be no liens or encumbrances on the title. The stated odometer reading is within +/- 500 miles.

PICK-UP:

Please check with us before scheduling your vehicle pickup.We are not a retail dealership, so it is very important to coordinate your arrival with us before finalizing your plans. We are available from 8AM to 3PM weekdays, and are closed on weekends.

We are approximately 15-minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station, and the Greyhound Philadelphia Bus Station. We may be able to pick you up at any of these terminals, so please inquire if interested.

REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES:

Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs.

Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own.

Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received.

All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter).

We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
