2000 Ford F-350 XL Description

Being sold as is, where is, no warranty of any kind is implied or expressed, now with that out of the way...
This is a work truck, a used commercially owned F350. This is a one owner work truck, as in I bought brand new, have original title in hand that is released. This truck has been parked in a heated shop when not on the road, its entire life. Truck has 118K miles on it. Rust is really not a an issue on this truck, door bottoms and rockers are still there and original, the tail gate is crusty however.
It is a good running truck, engine and trans run out without incident, it tows, has power, stops, rides nice. An honest old work truck. Its not a turd. Air does not work, everything else is functioning, The truck has been maintained since new with regular services and repairs by a " for hire indy commercial garage ". Engine has the usual Triton ticks, alternator whines when the truck has not moved in weeks, for a couple minutes while it brings the battery back up. This can be left to sit for over a month and it will fire right up, warm or cold out.
Truck also has tilt, cruise, and intermittent wipers, all that work.
" Service Engine Soon " light is NOT ON when the engine is running, and does work. That is too say, the ECM is happy. The last time it moved, I pulled an equipment trailer in out of Chicago with a load, truck drove very well all things considered.
The A/C does not work, but all of its there. Nothing has been hacked on this truck. The aftermarket body, was put on the truck when new for over $6k. It does need a tailgate, if you want it to look nice, also the front seat corner is gone, but the seat is still comfortable, the foam still firm. The chrome on the front bumper has failed, and the paint on the left rear wheel well has also failed. Right rear tail light needs replacement.
Anyway, you can buy this truck and put it straight to work ( save for the tail light, and if its an issue for you I will replace it ), unless you want A/C... then you will have to spend some $ fixing the A/C or maybe it will take a charge ?
Truck runs down the road straight, stops straight, tires are round and balanced, but not like new.
This just needs a new home, too many trucks sitting around with tags and insurance that dont get utilized.
To be paid for in cash, or bank wire, prior to pick up. Will not ship.
