Up for auction is one E-150 cargo van. This van is clean and runs well. There are many signs of use, as this was a construction vehicle. However the van has a ton of life left. This van has the bulletproof V6 engine with 180K. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Your bid constitutes full interest and intent to be legally bound, covenant and agree to the terms as follows: Buyer is to pay $100.00 deposit within 24 hours, plus the remaining balance in Cash at time of pickup which must be within THREE DAYS after auction close. The purchase of this vehicle will require a deposit in the amount of $75.00. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. You must arrange pick-up/delivery within THREE DAYS of the end of this auction. Should you fail to take possession of the vehicle within such allocated time, the seller reserves the right to relist the vehicle and withhold any deposit. Once you take possession of the vehicle, you are bound by the laws in the State of New York, including laws applicable to the sale or purchase of a used motor vehicle, where such sale constitutes an as-is purchase. There are no returns, exchanges or partial refunds. Once you win this bid, YOU ARE AN OWNER. In exchange, the seller releases possession and ownership of the vehicle to the winning bidder, as well as any and all liabilities and expenses associated with ownership. This is a used vehicle. As with any used vehicles, the probability of normal damage associated with the use of a motor vehicle may exist, such as, but not limited to the following; scratches, dings, dents, scuffs, paint chips, etc. The seller reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time. If you are a bidder with less than ten (10) feedback score, your bid will be automatically cancelled. Bidders with less than satisfactory feedback are not permitted to engage in the auction. The seller also reserves the right to cancel the sale to anyone for any reason at any given moment. The seller makes no claims as to the condition, quality or readiness of the vehicle. This vehicle is sold as-is. The sale of this vehicle will include a valid, transferable New York State Title, along with a bill of sale. These documents should be enough to register your new vehicle, HOWEVER, if you are outside of the State of NY, check your local laws about registering vehicles. If you fail to abide by any of the terms herein, the seller reserved the right to cancel the sale and withhold any deposits.
