ABOUT THE TRUCK
One owner, non-smoker, fully loaded Platinum F150 with every available option except 4X4. Truck is in fantastic shape, always garaged and carefully maintained. Synthetic oil used exclusively. Relatively low miles due to travel schedule, mostly highway miles. The SONY stereo system is robust, complete with a subwoofer mounted in the back of the cabin. Listen to your favorite playlist on your phone through the Bluetooth system. Bottom line, this is a very comfortable and easy vehicle to drive. From an operation standpoint, there is no difference between this truck and its gasoline powered twin brother - same horsepower, same MPG, same towing capability. Being a Texas truck, it has never been exposed to winter salt.
This is a DEDICATED CNG F150 built by BAF (now Westport), it is not a bi-fuel, there is no gasoline storage onboard. The truck has two CNG fuel tanks in the bed that take up most of the available space. You can easily store luggage or golf bags for a foursome, but you can’t haul lumber in this particular truck. There are 19 gallons of usable fuel available, highway range for the truck is 400 miles. For in town driving, I have usually chosen to refuel when the odometer reads 290.

There is a robust public network of CNG stations throughout California, which can be seen on websites like cngnow.com.
In summary, this is a great opportunity to own a very well cared for truck no matter where you live.It might be worth more to a California commuter, as you wouldn’t have to break the bank on a plug in electric car, and suffer limited range.Additionally, some of the station providers pump renewable natural gas.You would be running the cleanest vehicle on the streets. So there’s that.
