POLICE SEIZURE - THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS AWARDED THIS VEHICLE UNDER SEIZURE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS. WE HAVE A BRAND NEW CLEAR TITLE FOR THE VEHICLE. This is a 1999 FORD ESCORT SPORT. It is in fair condition for its age and it has some rust, dents, scuffs and scratches. There is moisture in the front headlamps. There is rust on the lower body of both sides and a scratch on the rear passenger's side quarter panel. The headliner is coming off on the front interior of the vehicle. The interior is very dirty. This vehicle will need a good cleaning. We recommend you examine the photos closely. It does have an aftermarket stereo/DVD/CD player with a USB adapter and screen. Since, this vehicle has sat in the impound lot for about a year it will need a new battery and possibly brakes. It will start with a jumpstart. The vehicle was only been driven very short distances.
