2001 Ford F-150 Description

FOR SALE.......PLEASE READ IT ALL. This is a Rust Free 2001 Ford F-150 4X4 Super Cab Short Bed Truck from Florida. My wife bought it in 2012 because she didn't like my big truck to run to Lowes while we were working on the place. Well, it mostly sat & she put like 22,000 miles on it in 5 years. ....THE GOOD> It RUNS GREAT, SHIFTS GREAT, and is in far above average condition for this neck of the woods. To my knowledge has had a bed liner in it since day one. Good heat, & as far as I know everything inside works. Interior is in Good shape but some of the painted parts on the dash are pealing some. NOW THE BAD>>>It has a leak somewhere around the back window. It has a few minor scrapes & dings AND NOW THE WORST>>>Late last fall she (my wife) loaned it to a dear friend who drove it to Boston to see his daughter who needed him. Somehow they (He ? or She?) drove it into a low standing cement filled pipe & bent the front edge of the lower control arm on the right side. He and his Son-in-Law changed the lower arm & then were told that it needed the upper control arm which was tweeked (as they were told) so they bought the new upper arm with new ball joint in it & installed that. (wrong, so I had to fix that) and it still wasn't right. SO they shipped it back here to my wife STILL MESSED UP. I did the upper arm correctly, but had to replace the NEW lower ball joint because they shipped it back with no nut on it & the threads all messed up. SO NOW it has the lower arm replaced, a new lower ball joint AND new upper arm & ball joint. AS IT TURNS OUT, it still needs the knuckle/spindle replaced because it is apparently tweeked at the top (judging by measuring & comparing it to the other side.) & then as far as I can tell it will need an alignment. The part is like $50.00 on ebay for an original used Ford part, BUT my brother just recently died, I am having health problems and this truck & its repair has become a real sore spot around this house & it's better we take a loss on it and see it move on. It's a REALLY NICE truck for its age and really needs precious little to fix it (I honestly believe) but it's time for it to leave. The battery isn't holding a charge 'cause I imagine they let the clock etc. run it down & left it that way till they jumped it to ship it home for me to deal with. It has a clear title in my wife's name & WILL need towed out because the inside of the tire is rubbing the upper arm at the ball joint. QUESTIONS ! CALL ME !!{{{{ 724-964-8489 }}}} If You are interested, >>>CALL ME<<< DO NOT text me. That will GET NO REPLY. I'm tired of scammers. More pictures if requested ...... Local Pickup Buyer to make all arrangement's for towing/shipping .....This truck will meet the reserve at $2900.00.........

Miles on it are 167.101
