Offered for sale is a 2005 Ford Five Hundred SE equipped with a 3.0L V6 Engine and Automatic Transmission.
Available and offered for sale is our 2005 Ford Five Hundred with only 87k miles. This car runs and drives how every car should. Goes down the road straight and looks good doing it. This 4 door sedan has all the features and options to suit all needs. The motor starts up with no hesitations, smoke, major leaks, or odd noises. The transmission shifts smoothly with no hesitation or slippage. The body is on par with what you'd expect from a used car that is 12 years old. Has a few dings, dents and scratches, but nothing major. We did notice a paint respray on the drivers side fender and 2 doors due to prior fender replacement (small dents) and clear coat issues on the doors. The rear bumper has clear coat peeling and a few cosmetic errors. Please see attached detailed pictures. The interior is in great shape. No rips, tears, or major stains in the seat. It does not smell like a smokers car. Carpet could be cleaned a little further to make the interior shine. The AM/FM radio works, all of the power buttons on the dash and steering wheel function as they should. The car is equipped with keyless entry which functions great. The A/C is cool, could probably use a recharge in the near future to maximize the operation. There is an intermittent check engine code that comes on time to time (P0193) but we have not dove into the problem as it does not seem to affect the mechanical ability. The center console latch has been retrofitted to latch, but we recommend a replacement. We have driven the car on short test drives totaling about 75 miles.
