1993 Ford F-350 Extended Cab XLT *7.3L IDI Turbo Diesel with the 5-Speed Manual Transmission! A rare combination! *This 7.3L Does have the optional turbocharger for this model year, which is much better than the naturally aspirated version. Upgrades to the turbocharged option include: • Cylinder head gasket received a larger/heavier fire ring. • Piston wrist pin bore was increased from 1.1108" to 1.3086", and the wrist pin was increased to match. • New piston design that featured an anodiz...ed head and updated piston ring design. • Updated exhaust valve manufactured from a higher strength alloy. • Oil cooler increased from 24 fins per inch to 30 fins per inch. • Heavier duty flywheel and engine damper (not interchangeable with the naturally aspirated version). • Separate injection pump calibration and G code injector nozzles (naturally aspirated engines had E code injector nozzles) *74,000 Original Miles! *We have just replaced the batteries with new batteries and also had Diesel Powerhouse (our local diesel performance and repair shop) rebuild the injection pump and this thing cranks right up and runs smooth.
