1967 Ford Mustang Description

Numbers Matching 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe. Top Loader 4 Speed Manual Transmission with Console.
This car was built at the San Jose Plant and originally sold in the Seattle area. I purchased the car from the second owner, also from the Seattle area, who owned it from 1975-2013. Being that this Mustang was a West Coast car for 46 years it is in good shape and a excellent candidate for restoration. Although this Mustang is not perfect it is NOT a Midwest Rust Bucket! The Torque Boxes, Floors, and Trunk are in very good condition.
You could be the 4th owner of this car, not too bad for a car that will be 50 years old in December! The car has approximately 150,000 miles on it but the second owner had the engine rebuilt (.040 over) due to a valve failure at around 100,000 miles. The 289 2v runs good but the tires that are currently on the car need to be replaced. I put this off because I was waiting until I could afford a new set of 17 inch rims and tires. If you don't want to go that route you could just replace the tires, get a front end alignment, and you would be ready to cruise around town.
In the three years that I have owned the car I have completed the following:
Replaced the front wheel bearings
Replaced all Break Cylinders (4 Wheel Drum System)
Replaced the front and rear suspension (Mustangs Plus GRAB-A-TRAK)
Replaced steering linkage (Mustangs Plus GRAB-A-TRAK)
I hate to see this car go but I am being relocated and need to downsize.

Update 1: I've had some additional questions so here goes with an update, I will post some more pictures tomorrow as I am out of town for the Memorial Day Weekend.
Interior Condition:

I believe that the dash pad and drivers seat cover have been replaced, but that was probably about 20 years ago. The carpet is in decent shape and may also have been replaced. The rest of the interior appears to be original.
Accidents:
No major accidents. It appears that the previous owner was not great at driving in reverse because both of the rear fenders have minor dents. I will post some additional pictures of this area as well.
Also:
I forgot to mention that the previous owner had the bumpers and fuel tank replaced in 2013 just before I bought the car as it had sat idle since 1992.

Update 2:
Added more pictures of rear fender dents.
Added pictures of Torque Boxes. Ford only put front Torque Box on the Drivers Side in 1967.
