Up for bid is my 1990 Ford LTD Crown Victoria former police sedan. The car was originally Burgundy with burgundy interior. About five years ago it was repainted white. It has tinted limo black windows on the rear doors and rear window. The vehicle has a driver side search light (not hooked up), a large ticket writing light behind rear view mirror, rubber floor mat, lollipop lights in the grill, a speaker in the engine bay, rear sway bar, load leveling rear shocks, two newer tires on pass side, cloth interior, power seat driver's side, class 3 hitch receiver, oil & Amp gauge set.
Things to consider prior purchase:
the car has been sitting awhile, so it should be checked out by mechanic prior long trips or commutes, It does start and shift okay, but two tires should be replaced, possibly belts & hoses etc.
The a/c is not blowing cold air may need recharge.
Odometer has read 94523 for awhile I'm told it is common in these that a small plastic gear breaks and it stops reading, 0-140 speedometer works fine
I found water in rear seat well on driverside, so it may need door gaskets.
Passenger side lower quarter panel has small rust hole.
This car is 27 years old so I may have missed something ask prior to bidding.
Items shown in trunk not part of sale, I will include a modern kelvar trunk organizer nothing else, buyer will have to purchase spare tire & jack. Also dash cover in some photos is not included, the dash is in great shape, but buyer would need to buy own dash cover if they plan to park outdoors.
History I purchased this car years ago from Long Island N Y area, in driver door jam there is a tag that reads F S B and a number, surfing web FSB could stand for Fleet Service Bureau which was part of Suffolk County agency. If anyone knows for sure feel free to share your knowledge.
This is an AS IS No Guarantee Sale with some TLC this could be a neat summer driver.
