2005 Ford Expedition XLT Description

Up for sale is my Ford Expedition. This truck has higher miles but runs really good with plenty of power. It is 4x4 and it works great, we used it this winter. This has a factory heavy duty hitch installed, and the previous owner installed a brake controller. I have not towed with it on the road only to move my camper around the driveway. The heat and air conditioning blow nice and hot/cold respectively. The 3rd row seats are intact and in nice shape. All seats are leather. The interior shows normal wear for the mileage especially on the front seats. Within the past year I have had a new power steering pump, serp. belt, alternator and power steering hose installed. The steering is nice and tight. It currently needs state inspected. The brakes have an issue where one of the front wheels seems to stick, I was told it was either a slide stuck, a caliper or a brake hose. All are not really expensive. The tires will pass pa state inspection, however they are low on tread. There is no check engine or lights on the dash illuminated while driving. There is also rust on the rockers, the pass side is worse than the drivers. I have pictures to show this. The frame seems to be good. I also have a new starter to go along with the vehicle, as I had an issue where it would not start 2 times it just made a noise, I was told it was a starter and have purchased one but never had it installed. There is also a tapping noise from the pass side of the engine area, I was researching the web and found that these are known for exhaust manifolds. I did not have it diagnosed by a shop, only going off my research on these. The transmission shifts very nice and smooth with no hesitation. I am an honest seller and not trying to talk the vehicle down, but these are issues I know it has. We currently have 5 vehicles, this was a spare for us which is still driven at least once a week to the store or gas station. I believe it is also due for an oil change.. If you have any questions please ask. There are a few small dents here and there, nothing too major. The paint is peeling in a small area on the hatch due to corrosion. We are available to show the vehicle in Kinzers Pa zip 17535 weekdays after 4 pm. I encourage you to come look at it, sit in it, drive it, this way you know what you are purchasing. I have started the bidding low, and of course have a reserve on it, We do not need to sell it, just have too many vehicles as it is, so something has to go. If you have any questions please ask!! You can also text me at 484-886-7825. I have a clean clear title in hand which will need to be transferred prior to you taking the vehicle, PA state law. If you need additional pictures please let me know what you would like pictures of and I can send them to you.A $250 deposit will be due via Paypal, the rest due in cash at time of pickup. No checks or money orders or bank checks will be accepted. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges and you will set it up.
