2003 Ford E-Series Van RV Van Description

This 2003 Ford Conversion Van is great for taking lots of people comfortably. We bought the vehicle from a couple who used this van mostly in Florida.

With just 144,000 miles, there is plenty of life left in her. The engine starts easily is powerful enough to pull the fully loaded van plus the hitch adds 3,500 LBS of towing capacity. Within the past 10,000 mile the intake manifold gasket, spark plug boots and coils, upper and lower ball joints, battery, and tires. All fluids have been changed and are up to date. Tires were replaced in the last 15,000 miles. A/C has been serviced and blows cold. The only known mechanical issue is a slight hesitation in the transmission in reverse. The transmission shop said it could be as simple as a worn transmission mount but it has not been addressed. I have driven in the van at 75MPH without issue for extended distances.

The interior is in very good shape with everything working. The TV (VHS), stereo (AM/FM/Cassette/CD) all work correctly and has headphone jacks. The power driver seat works well. Additional power features include, windows, remote locks, and mirrors. The second row captains chairs remove easily. The third row seat folds down or removes completely (tools required for both). The carpet mats are fresh and cover original carpet that is discolored but not worn. All the seating has light wear, with the driver seat having the most wear. The dash pad around the passenger air bag has peeled away a bit with age.

The exterior looks great. There is no rust or rot. The plastic lower bumpers are sun faded but functional. There are a couple of spots that are photographed where the body striping is that are imperfect along with some weatherstripping. There are no dents, dings, or damage to speak of.

This is a great family road trip van and is ready to meet your needs.
