2002 Ford Explorer XLTBlack and White4 Wheel Drive
This was a former Police K9 vehicle and the K9 cage is still installed (there is no back seat). The transmission was replaced in 2014 and the rear end was rebuilt in 2015.This vehicle runs well and isdependable. I am an officer with the department this vehicle came from!
It is an automatic with 4 wheel drive. It has a police radio center console installed but also a standard center console that will come with it. It also has an overhead console with a HomeLink garage door opener.
The driver power seat does not work but everthing else does! The radio was replace with a very nice double-din AV / CD / DVD / Radio unit with AppRadio for hands free phone, Iphone or Android App access, etc.
The aluminium K9 cage is in good condition.
This would be an excellent hunting vehicle to haul your dog, or good for just about anyone with dogs!
I'm moving and have too many vehicles; this one needs to go.
It has been my daily driver for the last year.
