2000 Ford Excursion Description

Up for sale is a 2000 Ford Excursion XLT SUV 4-Door 6.8L 4x4 with only 78,550 original miles. The interior of the truck is very clean and in great shape, and while the exterior and paint are in overall very good condition, there are few blemishes of note in the paint on some of the lower panels (please see pictures and the edit below for further details).
This truck was primarily used for family trips where the extra seating and massive trunk space were necessities, and I've driven this vehicle on multiple long-distance trips (1000+ miles) cross-country, all without issue. The roof rack is not included, and is mounted using the stock roof rail system and thus will be easily removed For tires, the truck is equipped with LT 265/75 R16 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A's (Load Range E's), all of which are in phenomenal shape with only minimal tread wear. Having had years of past experience with the BFG's (and I currently still have them on three other vehicles as well) they are easily one of the best all-around tires out there, be it off-road or on, dry, wet, or snow.
Edit: The front-passenger side mudflap is loose and has a very large crack in it, and the paint in that area is starting to chip away from a combination of road debris and the excessive salting job done every winter by the WI DOT (second to last picture). There is also a spot on the very bottom lip of the front-passenger door where the paint is beginning to bubble up, but it does appear to be very, very minor (last picture). The only other thing of note is that the power door locks started acting up this last winter, working only intermittently, but it was a minor enough issue that I never got around to looking into it.
While I am generally selling this as local pickup only, it may still be shipped if the buyer arranges their own shipping (at their expense) and works out the details with me ahead of time. I also make regular trips from Marshfield, WI 54449 (where the vehicle is located) to New Boston, TX, 75570 and it may be possible for me to deliver it along the way depending on location (please call for details).
Please note that this is for sale locally, and I do reserve the right to end the auction early if no bids are on the vehicle. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at (715) 305-9993 — Rodney
