Maintenance conducted (besides routine); right exhaust manifold (leak), two window regulators, a shifting cable, and spark plugs. I had the spark plugs replaced right before it got lifted, not because it needed it, but so that it wouldn't be a concern when it was lifted. The truck is in great condition. There are a few minor issues, such as remote start isn't always reliable (interment), back up camera is in same boat as remote start (interment), and there's a light stain around the trim of the sunroof (not from leaking, but presumably glue that at one point or another was able to stain through the headliner). Has a squeak sound or two, and an occasional noise when driving, none of which have proven to be of any concern. Drive is great, actually drives and rides better than a 6" lift I had before. Although only a couple of people have driven it (shop that built it, and shop that maintains it), they also agree that it drives extremely well for how big the lift is.
I'm particular about my truck to say the least. I've babied it since the day I got it. Detail it frequently. Love it to death. Only reason I'm selling it is because I believe it's time to find someone else who is going to take care of this truck the way I have. Cash only. No test drive without proof of funds.
