1978 Ford LTD II V8 Coupe Rust Free 74k Miles Description

Make offer, all offers considered.
The photos are all recent from this spring andlast fall. This car has spent its entirety out west and has rarely even seen rain. Ibought it in north Phoenix Arizona last summer. It spentits first 28 years inthe Phoenix climate void of rain and snow and salt. It iscompletely rust free. The body seams and typical rust out areasstill looknearlynew. You have to see it to believe it but the pictures do pretty good.I shipped it back hometo Michigan. Sincethen its seen less than 100 miles and Ihave not had the time to useitas much or do as Iintended to.
5.0L/302 Automatic, 74k miles. Bucket seats, Tan interior.
Maintenance:New last fall/summer: Tires, battery, cables, coolant, rad hoses, water pump, fuel pump, tires, brakes, exhaust and shocks, tinted windows.I completely forgot to take photos of the trunk. it has all the factory mat/carpet and cardboard cosmetic sides. its Imaculate and like new under the mat/carpet.
HIstory:The car came toMichigan last fall and wasstoredlast winter. It starts up with one pump sets the choke, runs smooth, stays cool, and drives/rides excellent. There is no smoke or leaks. There are no shakes or shimmys or vibrations. The chassis istight andrides smooth as to be expected.
Mechanically its almost-almostexcellent.The exhaustflange gasket hasleak in itso it has a very verysmall exhaust leak. It is notloud at all. The EGR valve started sticking as well with the introduction to the damp weather this spring. I am out of town andMy option is to sell as is. Arizona vehicles are the nicest to work on as all the nuts and boltsdo not have anycorrosion from the humidity. Nothing ever breaks and rarely needs any penetrating oil. Even the exhaust bolts turn off with minimal effort where normally are headaches with even clean northeastern vehicles.
Please note: carpet between front seats, driver sideinterior rear panel has sundamage, steering wheel cover is missing, A/C is not cold, and headliner is torn.
Please ask any questions. Pick it up and pay cash, or bank wire transfer and ship it. Shipping is not bad, probablyaround 5-900within about 1500 miles of Detroit.
