2009 Ford F-150 XLT Extended Cab Pickup 4-Door Description

This truck is in excellent condition. Equipped with a Passenger Mobility Turning Seat which automatically turns, lowers, lifts someone with limited mobility. Professionally equipped for Grandmother who was wheelchair bound from Polio. Operates from both wireless remote and wired control.
This XLT with Max Tow package rated, tow up to 11,300lbs. Extendable Tow Mirrors, Built In Trailer Brake Control, Running Boards and pop out steps. Tailgate is equipped with built in step and assist bar. 6 1/2 foot bed, Matching color Tonneau cover.
Just about 60,000 miles, way below average. This truck belonged to Grandfather who's wife suffered from Polio. This allowed them to travel easily and also pull their travel trailer around the local Hemet area. Well maintained. Just smogged in June for registration, oil change and front brakes done as well. Very solid and dependable vehicle.
Some other features include, power windows, power drivers seat, parking sensors, cruise control, built in trailer brake, bluetooth, adjustable pedals. Minor wear on body, but nothing major. some light scratches but no dents, rust or defects. Great for ADA, Wheelchair, Handicap, etc.
As for why I'm selling it; after grandmother passed, we purchased this from grandfather. My kids have out grown sitting in the back, and having a truck that is really suited to help someone who needs help in and out seems like a waste. The power seat was a $10k add on and also seems like a waste to remove and re-install original seat mechanism. Other than that the truck is completely reliable, you'll see lots of similar year F150's with 150-200k miles on them.
Couple other notes;Bench seating in the front allows for 3. The back seat behind the passenger cannot accommodatea passenger due to the power lift seat mechanism. Also the center seat belt in the rear is currently not installed because they had a separatelift for her wheelchair. Does not have that lift anymore.
Seat was professionally installed by Mac Lift in Long Beach and the drivers door has the certification for modification.
I hope that this truck can find a home with a family or someone who could use a vehicle like this. Great for everyday use, and able to tow just about anything!
I'm happy to answer any questions I can.
