1934 Ford 4 door sedan with rolling chassis + parts
1934 Ford 4 Door Sedan Description
This is the result of multiple purchases, the first was the body, the chassis came from a matching body that I wanted to go in a different direction with (the frame came with a body that I am keeping).
The bodyI posted a lot of pictures so there are no surprises, the company I got it from (09-40) did not describe it truthfully, so I'm going to let you know the exact state (as I know it) of the body.
The following brand new replacement parts are included: (if you don't want I can reduce the price $400)Rockers, Cowl patch panels, Front floor pan (rear floor pan would depend on what style you want, so you get/make that) and Sub Rails
Fiberglass parts Included: (all new, never mounted or drilled, but may have surface scratches, but nothing deep) (if you don't want I can reduce the price $600)** 3 Piece fiberglass hood, flat sides** rear fenders (one is thin and could use another layer of fiberglass)** running boards** one front fender (lots of surface scratches but never drilled)=============Front doors had already had patch panels done. The body was shipped to St Petersburg and they did an incredibly bad job of prepping it for shipment, so the sub rails need replaced (included).Rust: there is at least a light coat everywhere, but most of the body is solid. The driver side rear door (Which the seller lied and said was excellent) has small daylight holes and needs the underside (flat) of the door replaced, the white markings in that picture show the holes. There are a few small daylight holes in the back, but nothing major. The other doors look to be in pretty good shape. Both front window columns have cracks that will need welded shut.Firewall is in good shape (with less drilled holes than the one I'm keeping)The B pillars (between the doors) has nothing to attach to, the wood up top is shot and poor shipping prep killed off the lower attachments to the sub rail. Once the sub-rails are replaced you will have something to attach to.
The project is currently in the state shown in the first picture.
If you are going to be doing a high boy you can sell those off the fiberglass yourself or you can take $600 off the price and leave them here. If you do not want the rockers, front floor pan, cowl patchs and sub frame that is a further $400 off.
Rolling Chassis:It looks like the project stopped in the middle, reason unknown, it was previous to the dealer I got it from. The IFS in the front does not have any springs/shocks and the frame section that was cut out to install needs patched. The frame is partially boxed and has a modified center cross member. The rear shocks are not there, the coil springs are, I have no idea the type rear end or the ratios..No Title
Most of the wood in this body is shot, I have another 34 ford four door sedan (the one I am keeping) so you can take as many pictures and measurements as you like. I have been replacing the wood in the car I am keeping, and have been detailing & measuring what was there.
You may see something I missed, so I suggest you physically look at it before purchase. Once picked up there is no warranty.
I will not ship it for you, that is your responsibility, I have two vendors I have used that I canrecommendbut who you use is up to you.
