This truck has been regularly maintained since day one. I have owned it for the last 50,000 miles. I know that it has been running Full Synthetic oil for most of the last 100,000 miles - changed every 5000 miles. Very little towing has been done with this truck most of its miles are highway miles running without a load.
If you don't know much about the 7.3 diesel - Google it - best engine ever in a Ford. Regularly going to 400-500,000 miles.

Super clean inside and out (my friend owns a body shop and this truck looks great). It has a small dent on the hood and some scuff marks on the passenger side and there is a cracked piece next to the radio (see last 4 pics). Like all 7.3s this truck is little louder on the highway than the newer models, but this truck has more "pep" than any other diesel I have ever driven. I hate to get rid of it but needed a crew-cab for work. I actually bought the same truck (2002 model 7.3) but the crew-cab version.
