Up for auction we have a very nice vintage 1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 Restomod Tribute. Recently received restoration work, good running/driving condition lots of new parts!!! CA black legacy plates, and I have a clean/clear title in hand. Please read description carefully before placing a bid or making any offers.
Very nice clean straight body. Paint is a 2 stage pro-base/clear approximately 2 weeks old classic Ford 66' Rangoon Red with Wimbledon White Lemans/GT350 striping. Many new exterior parts and add ons: new Shelby fiberglass scoop, new billet grille, new GT350 pop open gas cap, new tail light assemblies and miscellaneous trim etc...
The engine is a small block Ford 289 4.7 liter V8 runs great with no issues. Lots of replacement parts including: new Cobra air cleaner, new Cal Customs finned aluminum valve covers, Duraspark distributor, new water pump, new power steering pump new alternator, mini starter, new starter solenoid, new voltage regulator etc... Engine is turn key, runs good and does not overheat. Transmission is a C4 three speed automatic shifts fine through all gears no issues. The interior has been redone with comfortweave black seat uphostery, woodgrain steering wheel, new carpet, new floor mats, new dash pad, new door panels, new arm rests, new headliner and Shelby trim.
Wheels are American Racing Torq Thrust II 15x8s wrapped in brand new BF Goodrich tires. Exhaust is full length manifolds running into dual 2.25 inch piping and glasspack mufflers with chrome tips exiting the rear valance producing a nice throaty tone. The brakes are manual drums front and rear. Brakes work good with ample stopping power. Suspension is stock coil springs up front with leaf springs out back. This Mustang is equipped with power steering. New trunk mat with spare and cover.
