1996 Ford Mustang GT Convertible Description

133k miles. Interior is clean but has wear and tear. Paint is starting to dull and clear coat is disappearing, just overall not as shiny as it used to be. Front bumper has paint flaking off. Couple bumper scratches. Driver seat motor weak. Front Driver Seats have tears and has been taped and covered.
Drives great, New Tires. Top works fine. Trans shifts good. Stock, no modifications. AC Blows Cold.

We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.

Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a $500, of which $200, is non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. California Buyers require an additional $50 for smog testing. We will Smog the car for you so that you can transfer ownership. California Buyers will have a non-refundable $250 deposit of the $500 requested at auction completion.

Fees and Taxes:

Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

$500 deposit due at auction end. Remaining payment shall be made by cash or cashiers check. Vehicle will not be released until cashiers check has cleared. Buyers wanting to pay remaining balance through paypal are charged the 2.9% paypal fees.

Buyers with a rating less than 10 must contact us before sending in offers to confirm Ebay legitimacy due to many fraudulent activities associated with low rating buyers. Offers from those with less than 10 rating without first contacting us and receiving a approval to submit offers may be ignored and declined.
