2008 Ford F-350 XLT FX4 Description

For Sale is a 2008 Extended Cab Long Bed Job 1 F350 6.4 Powerstroke with EXTENSIVE modifications done to it. All Work Performed by Unlimited Diesel Performance in Southern Ohio.
Truck is an XLT FX4 package with about all the options you could get on it at the time. It is two tone Ford Black and Dark Shadow Grey. It has power seats, power mirrors, AC/Heat, up-fitter switches, back up sensors, trailer brake controller, Black Cloth seats, leather top center console, dash is in perfect shape, no rips in seats or anywhere. Dash surround was hydro dipped customer grey color by 2nd owner.
Truck was manufactured 03/07.
I want to be honest, the 1st owner had an accident that they never got fixed, the 2nd owner did not fix it either. I am the third owner and have fixed everything possible on the truck I could. The truck was hit on the front left on the quarter panel/headlight area, I had it completely repaired by a professional body shop, you would never know to this day. Headlight bracket was bent back and repainted, front left quarter panel was repaired and repainted, new fender lip was paint matched and installed. Truck also hit a deer on the opposite side, only damage was a dent to the bumper which has since been fixed, both these incidents were prior to my ownership. Other than that, no reported accidents that I am aware of. Front and rear bumpers have been painted grey to match to the truck.
Truck makes well over 800RWHP/1600Lb/Ft of Tq. Nitrous has pushed it into 4 digit horsepower and 2000+ Tq numbers.
Truck body and frame have 151,8xx miles on them. You'd never know that mileage. Very little undercarriage rust. Truck has seen very very minimal salt exposure in its lifetime.
The truck has a mildly built motor with 26,xxx mileage on it. Has Extreme H13 head studs, Modified Mahle Pistons (Delipped, Flycut for Billet Cam, NC-9 hi-temp coated), Billet Grind Cam (Elite Diesel 1x Cam), River City Diesel High Rev Valve Springs (Seat Load 120LBs @ 1.85") and Smith Bro's Stage 1 Pushrods, Hardened Valve Seat in heads, machined heads (they were magnafluxed and pressure tested when new, also had 3 angle valve job done) and machined deck block of engine, Elite Diesel billet flexplate, Elite Diesel HD lifters, BPD billet waterpump, ATI harmonic Damper, Cryoed Factory Connecting Rods, Custom Aluminum Driver Side Coolant Line, Sinister Coolant Filter Kit, Custom passenger side cooling Line, Custom Aluminum Oil Pan from River City Diesel, ARP Hardware through the entire motor, and a few other thing's I'm sure I'm forgetting butthat'smost of the important details. This motor has been flawless for me for the pasttwoyears now.
Transmission is from Midwest Diesel and is their all out Race/Competition Package 5R110. It was gone through Jan 2017 and has a brand new Aermet Input Shaft. It has a Freshly gone through Triple Disc Precision Industries Torque Converter with the billet stators. FYI Trans required a different TCM when installed, TCM came from a Job 2 truck.
Fuel system has a custom sump leading to an Aeromotive 130 GPH lift Pump. Truck has a Dual Fueler Kit from Midwest Diesel With Two Fresh Brand New Custom Remanufactured (Not Ford Re-Mans) K16 Injection Pumps. Distribution Block is from Elite Diesel. Injectors were done by River City Machine with 100% Nozzles. Freshly flow tested as of 2/2/16. Truck has ported Fuel Rails as well from Elite Diesel. Has Stage 3 Low Pressure fuel system with Race Fuel Cooler Upgrade from Elite Diesel.
Truck has a ported Intake manifold from River City Diesel that feeds air to a set of Elite Diesel Gen 2 High Power Compound Turbos. Gen 2 7675 Precision Charger as the Low Pressure Atmo charger being fed by the High Pressure Custom 63mm VGT turbo. Air Intake is a custom one utilizing a Pro Guard AFE 7 Filter. Has custom SS Up-Pipes from River City Diesel and BD Diesel Exhaust Manifolds. Has Twin Wastegates 44mm Tial, and 46mm Precision. Has 4" Custom Downpipe. Truck has 5" Aluminized Flo-Pro Exhaust to a 7" Black MBRP Tip that is dumped overthe axle.
Truck has a Mishimoto V2 radiator, Precision Turbo Intercooler, Fresh Trans Cooler, New Alternator, New Starter, Two New Batteries, New Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor and new injector harness. No Limit Aluminum Coolant Tank and Battery Tray. All underhood Piping and Turbos Powder Coated illusion Cherry/Red. Had new body mount bushings installed when new motor was installed 2 yrs ago.
Truck has New Fox 2.0 Monotube IPF Shocks, and New 3.625" Rear Lift Blocks (factory rear height for 350's) They are the traction Block system from One Up Offroad. Truck has Long Gusset Traction Bars from OUO, 3-Link ALA's from OUO, Carrier Bearing Drop from OUO, and has both Front and Rear OUO Axle Trusses and Diff covers, front truss incorporates the Dual SS system. Truck is leveled in the front with 2.5" ICON Coil Springs. Has Front and Rear Hellwig Sway Bars.
Truck has two piece rear driveshaft with 1410 Chromoly U-Joints. Truck has TrueTrac Locker in Rear Sterling 10.5 Axle. Dynatrac Ball Joints, ICON track bar with Upgraded Heim Joint end. New PMF HD drag Link (has a new moog pitman arm end as well) and New MOOG Tie Rod Ends. Brand new redhead steering gear box.
Truck has Gearhead MCC Files on an H&S Minimaxx. All other monitoring of parameters is done by an Edge CTS 2 that is run independently on an Edge EAS 12V kit.
Truck has Retro-fitted headlights with morimoto projectors and shrouds, Headlights are Paint matched to truck. Fog Lights are Rigid Dually XL units, Almost 8000 Lumen Output. Bumpers are PTM to the truck. All exterior lighting minus headlights are LED. Truck has AMP research steps. Has Rigid reverse lights mounted into rear bumper and wired into reverse taillight pigtail with a relay, lights kick on in reverse. Has Black/Milled Two Tone Custom FordOval "Billet Badges" on front grill and on reartailgate
Interior has remained factory except for a Pioneer AVIC-130ZBT Touch Screen head unit.Has Bluetooth, touchscreen, CD player, many apps, Navigation, all works fine.
Wheels and tires are Toyo 35x13.50x20 Tires. Wheels Are Fuel Maverick Black and Milled, 20x10 (-24 Offset) D538. Tires have 60-65% tread left. Has full size matching spare with 100% tread that will be included. Bed has been Line-X-ed by a Line X center here in Ohio.
Truck has a few rock chips and scratches, mainly from Previous owner who ran very wide wheels. I will admit it is a 10 year old truck and it has it's paint imperfections but it still cleans up nice for it's age.
Driver side rear door is sometimes stubborn to open, I think the door seal needs replaced as sometimes it pops and needs to be openedand re-shut to seal again correctly otherwiseyou hear the air whistleas you are driving. Other than that, No major issues. Note: As of 5/15/17, driver side headlight lense has small crack in it but it is not leaking so far.
Truck has had the body mounts shimmed a little bit to eliminate cab rubbing on downpipe, That is why in some pictures there is a larger than normal gap between the front bumper and grill. Inner fender liners have been trimmed to clear tires so they dont rub.
Truck is meticulously cared for, oil changes every 3-5K using 8854 Lubrication engineers Oil. Fuel Filter changes every 6-8k. Slew of new parts put on recently including Fresh Torque Converter, Shocks, Steering Box, Aermet Input Shaft, Rear OUO Traction Blocks, 8 new 100% RCD injectors, 2 New K16 Injection Pumps, all new fluids, New SS Braided Brake Lines. Truck has new reflashed PCM as well, old one was fried. Well Over 6 figures $$$$ invested in truck.
Truck WILL NOT come with B&W hitch shown. However it will come with a B&W Goose neck ball in the bed.
