Looks great from every angle. Exterior features include alloy wheels, fog lamps and a rear spoiler.

Sensors in the rear bumper are part of a system that alerts you if you get to close to an object while backing up.

Keypad entry on the driver's door comes in handy if you need to access the car and don't have your keys with you, or if you lock your keys in the car.

The interior is also in fantastic condition.The optional leather seats have no holes or tears, and the carpets, dash and door panels are all nice.

The driver's seat has power controls

The rear seat is also in great shape.

You can fold down either or both of the rear seats is you need extra cargo area.

Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. In addition, all non-paying bidders will be held liable for a $299 relisting fee that if not paid, will be filed with all 3 major credit bureaus.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on. The vehicle description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, and in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, which could be delayed up to 15 days. Please note that if the vehicle is from outside of Florida, this can take up to 30 days.

We are a dealer, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. PLEASE NOTE: If you pick this vehicle up here in Florida, we will request that you leave feedback before you take possession. eBay's feedback system is good, but it is not a perfect, and we will not leave ourselves open to feedback extortion. You will be given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, and as much time as you need to inspect the vehicle before you take possession.

Payment and Fees

We will add a $299 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. This is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, Fed-Existing of packages and other document handling costs. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.
You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. We will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid
We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours.
Important tax info:
If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.
If you are not a Florida resident, and you are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home).
