The vehicle motor and transmission were rebuilt in 1990 and have not been rebuilt since.

I believe the car was painted at that time also.

• The engine needs to be overhauled within the next couple years. There is some blow-by probably caused by valve guides but not sure.
• Paint and body work would probably be personal choice of mine in the next 5 years.The vehicle is amazingly straight and there are no dents in the bed of the truck. There is one rust spot on the truck near the lower portion of the passenger door. I have purchased the lower door skin if it is required for repair but not sure....not a body guy.

This is an excellent driving vehicle, in town or at freeway speeds. The truck stops straight and true and has plenty of power when asked. This truck has been outstanding vehicle for me over the last 20 plus years and there is no reason why it shouldn't continue. It has amazed me everyday and in many ways, from its drive to its repair-ability and reliability.
