Up for auction, is this Clean 1991 convertible Ford Mustang. Overall, this automobile is a clean little Fox Body. If you run the Vin number you will notice this car left the factory Red, however several years ago, was resprayed White. The body work and respray was done by a professional shop in Los Angeles California; using a high quality, high gloss single stage paint. Body gaps were aligned professionally. All door jams, under hood and under truck were also resprayed white, showing no sign of the original Red. The body is real straight, with the exception of one small ding on the left rear quarter panel and a small side swipe on the right rear quarter panel behind fuel door. The ding is the size of a quarter (see pictures). The Convertible top was also replaced when the car was repainted. Soft top is in great shape and still looks new (rear window is real glass). The car also comes with a new Top-Down convertible cover that has never been installed (cover has always been in trunk). Interior is in good shape, with normal weathering. The front and rear seats were redone to original specs, also when the car was repainted. The carpet, dash and door panels are all original and are in decent shape. All the electrical is in working order, even the top works great. Electric door locks and windows also work great, with the exception of the left rear quarter window; stripped regulator gear. It has factory AC Air but needs a recharge (R12). The under carriage of the car is clean and shows no signs of oil leaks. The original 5.0 V8 still runs strong and is very responsive.This car has no problems passing California strict emissions. The original automatic over drive transmission is also very responsive and shows no signs of slippage(rebuilt 3 years ago).
