This '66 mustang coupe is ready for a new owner to drive and appreciate. The body and paint are in good shape for a nice driver. All of the chrome is intact and in good shape. The two front floor pans and the overlying insulation are new. The interior is in nice shape, as are the front and back seats. The carpeting and door panels are reasonable. Both door mechanisms and all door and window handles are new. The drum brakes work well, two new front wheel cylinders, 4 new shocks, and the stock exhaust system are all new. The gas tank and fuel sender are new and the trunk was restored. All tires including a matching spare are good, the jack is included. All lights and gauges work as they should. There is a new pertronix ignition, a new professionally rebuilt carburetor, and new fuel pump. The oil pan was replaced with a new one. There are no leaks. The engine is a good running original 200 ci straight six cylinder which starts on the first try and has plenty of power and a clean exhaust. The heater works well with no leaks and all weather-stripping on the doors is new. The 3-speed on the floor transmission shifts smoothly with a new shifter mechanism. The only thing on the car which is not original stock is a Jensen cassette/AM-FM in the dash which sounds fine and has an ipod-iphone input. The speedometer works but the odometer does not so its mileage is uncertain. The car is a nice driver, everything is as it was when new 50 years ago (except the radio). It is a classic original.
