1995 Ford Ranger Description

Engine runs perfectly. However, ***clutch/transmission does not engage***probably a cheap fix, but I do not want to put money into repairs. It is a cheap fix because transmission is manual which cost a lot less to repair than an automatic transmission.
Truck is dirty and has not been cleaned. A/C does not work. I took radio out but can put back in. Windows are manual crank and missing hand crank.
