1964 Ford F250 Camper Special 12 Valve 5spd 4X4
Listing this as new but it is better then when it came off the assembly line.
Loads of fun, tons of power, everything works as it should.
Total restoration just completed.Spared No Expense. Restoration started as arust free western truck. See Pics. Then it was completely dismantled, all fasteners and clips were replaced with stainless steel where possible.
BODY
Allbody parts and were dipped to remove any remaining rust, then ecoated. Frame was treated with 4 coats of POR 15. The body was smoothed and painted with the highest quality base clear coat paint. All moldings were straightened and polished. Grille was triple chrome plated. All rubber was replaced and new smoke tinted glass installed. Door panels made from aluminum diamond plate. All window/door hardware was replaced. Custom headliner, seats and even a custom counsel. new carpet, ford floor mats, firewall pad, sound deadener and insulation, linex bed liner, chip guard in wheel wells and outer edges.
FRAME
Boxed from engine to rear diff. Custom double tube roll bar with kicker, front bumper with skid plate, rear bumper with exhaust running through it, class 3 receiver, rock barbuilt in to cross member and transfer case skid plate. super duty engine mounts & steering gear frame.
ELETRICAL
New wiring, custom fuse panel, weather pack firewall connectors. Dakota Digital Instruments, fan controller, EGT, boost, tach. LED headlights, daytime running lights, turn signals, strobe taillights, rear bumper strip light. backup lights, front bumper lights, 2 light bars on roll bar. Italian twin compressor air horn, new 1200 amp battery, Kenwood radio in glove box
Engine
1993 5.9L Cummings 12 Valve job, light head mill to clean only, rebuild injector pump, install fuel pin and 3200 governor spring, new 2nd gen turbo, new .016 injectors, header, 1 wire alternator, upgrade transfer pump. 2 speed cooling fan, new intercooler, radiator, steel hoses, k&n air filter
Driveline
New flywheel, 850hp clutch pressure plate, disc, pilot, throw-out bearing,custom clutch fork, McLeod slave cylinder. New not rebuilt nv4500 5spd. Np205 transfer case twinsticked, rebuilt, Dana 70hd rear diff, new bearings seals. Dana 60 Front, new bearings and seals. Tom woods extreme duty front and rear drive shafts. Alcan Custom springs front and rear. Crossover steering, custom steering knuckle arm. 1 ton tie rods and 1.5" x .250" dom tube. Double steering dampers. 37"x12.5" 20" toyo open country tires and spare. 20" fuel throttle brand rims.Stainless steel brake hoses, new lines, new master, 4 wheel disk brakes.AVM lockout hubs, wheel bearings and seals.
