The white exterior is in GOOD shape. This really is a fantastic van. It is 14 years old, but was owned my the state and taken VERY good care of. There is very little rust on this van ANYWHERE! A tiny bit on rockers, but FRAME IS CLEAN (see video and pics). They had rigged up the door handles to be operated differently but they are all functional. ALL 5 tires on this WORK READY van are in decent shape. Please look at all pics and watch the video before deciding. IT HAS A CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD. A brand new one is $150 INSTALLED. Not a good reason to not buy an awesome van!!!!!! A lot of the features are better explained in the video, so if you cannot see something and want to know about it, please send us a message. The interior is CLEAN, it has (slightly dinged up) boxes and a cab separator, FULL SIZE spare, doors all work well, seats are clean!!! If you have other questions, please ask.

The heat and AC both work. The radio, lights, wipers, and all other components also work well.
