1997 Ford F-150 Description

This 1997 Ford F-150XL was a florida truck that belonged to my father. He kept it in florida to drive when he was down there. After his death in 2010 I got the truck. In 2016 the engine was tired so I decided to install a new longblock from LKQ remanufactured engines. I hired a certified Ford mechanic who works at a local dealership to install the engine and after he got it in he took it to the dealership to have it aligned. On his way home a farmer ran a stop sign & hit the left rear. Not only does it have a new engine it has a new clutc, pressure plate & throw out bearing. [5 speed] The flywheel has been surfaced as well. New upper & lower ball joint, new front brakes [rotors turned]. new studs on exhaus, new EGR tub, new oil pickup tube. Replaced front sway bar links.Of course New oil/filte, Plugs/wire, Coolant. I bought the engine on 3/18/2016 so the warranty is half gone while the engine has about 20 miles on it. There is a very nice front grille & bumper/headlight/bug shield on this truck. Nice radio. The left axle snapped off when the truck went through the ditch. I think the axle could be replaced so it could be driven. This thing starts in an instant when you turn the key. I paid $2186.50 for the engine alone. Not including labor! Plus another $1000 in other stuff. Nice tires rims.ATTN: I SOLD THE TOOL BO, TAILGAT, THE TRIM ON TOP OF THE BEDSIDE, & THE COVERS FROM THE TAILLIGHTS. I will include all receipts for everything I bought for this truck. I could deliver to about 50 miles or so for $1 per mile both ways. I can load it for you on your trailer too.
