This beautiful 1937 Ford Club Cabriolet is well known to us, and has been built to a very high standard of quality by Bob Gesullo of Bear, DE and has been meticulously cared for since day one. It is a reliable and usable car that gets driven in good weather yet shows extremely well thanks to beautiful paint and excellent detailing. It was built using very high quality components, and it delivers stonking performance from the Ford 351 Boss Cleveland yet remains comfortable and easy to drive.
Chassis: Posie’s-built frame with Mustang II IFS, 2-in drop spindles, disc brakes and rack and pinion steering. Ford 9-in rear axle with 3.55:1 gears, drum brakes and leaf springs. Wheels are 14-inch and 15-inch Halibrand aluminum wheels, polished and wrapped in Goodyear rubber.
Engine and Transmission: Ford Boss 351 Cleveland, .030 Overbore, Edelbrock intake with Holley 670 CFM carburetor, crane hydraulic camshaft, Davis HEI distributors and factory cast headers. The engine is mated to a four-speed toploader transmission with Hurst shifter topped by an illuminated shift knob.
Body: High quality Gibbon Club Cabriolet body in fiberglass finished in deep black base/clear paintwork. The body has been modified to enhance the lines and give an awesome, aggressive look. Starting with the roof, which was chopped and extended over the windscreen. The side window openings were reshaped and the rear of the roof rolled forward. On the main body, the rear fenders were widened by 1.5 inches, the door bottoms raised and corners rounded. Custom fit Downs running boards were fitted and the hood, hood sides and grille are original 1937 Ford steel items. Other details include Juliano’s headlights, 1941 Plymouth taillight lenses, and shaved door handles with remote operated doors and trunk lid.
Interior: The beautifully presented interior features bucket front seats, a custom made rear seat, custom dash, floor console and overhead console, all trimmed in high-quality grey leather. A Vintage Air A/C and Heater system is fully integrated with hidden controls. Entertainment is courtesy of an Alpine head unit with Polk Audio speakers integrated into the overhead console. The car is comfortable and roomy, and has performed very well on long trips. Tinted glass helps keep it cool inside, and blends nicely with the black body and top.

Please be ready to place a deposit within 48 hours of auction's close. All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction. If the car is not as represented upon your personal inspection at our dealership location, you will be under no obligation to purchase.

Tax, Title and License:
Local residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in your county as well as title and licensing fees. If you live outside of our state, you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area.

Note: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours (2 business days) or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.
