I am selling a very nice 2009 Ford Taurus X SEL / 3.5L V6 DOHC 24V with a Rebuilt Title with 100,600 miles.
This vehicle was in an accident in 8/2012 with 57,426 miles and given a Salvage Title. Damage was on front right side (no engine damage). It was purchased by a Car Dealer / Garage in 10/2012 with 57,825 miles and a Rebuilt Title was issued. This Dealer rebuilt the front end, did other maintenance items and had it professionally painted.
I bought it from this Dealer / Garage in 10/2013 with 67,415 miles and it has been my daily driven vehicle ever since.
I'm not sure of the extent of the damage but the vehicle was perfect from day one! I did put some money into it for normal maintenance over the years. It has had it oil changed like clockwork and I did spend extra money on a few things just because it was my daily driver and I had planned to keep the vehicle as long as I could.
I now am getting a company vehicle and I no longer need this one.
Here are some maintenance items most recently done:
9/3/16 @ 92,460 miles - Rear breaks, drums and rotors = $365
6/14/16 @ 91,801 miles - Replace front w7heel ABS sensor = $161
5/14/16 @ 90,995 miles - 2 front windows tinted = $117
4/23/16 @ 90,487 miles - Timing Chain Kit, Water pump, all gaskets (engine, valve, camshaft) - $2,503
9/14/15 @ 86,209 miles - Alternator, Belt Tensioner Assembly & Replace engine freeze plug - $484
Other items - Battery, tires, wipers and new windshield.
All receipts have been kept.
This Taurus X has the Rear Passenger DVD package in perfect working order and third row seat. Comes with 2 remote keys. Everything works as it should and it drives very nice and very quiet. Tire tread is good with readings from front at 5/5 and rear at 8/8 (from Tire Plus Inspection)
Won't last long at this price. Price has been adjusted for Rebuilt Title based on Kelly Blue Book, Black Book, NADA, etc. information.
