And remember, we do offer financing, so contact us to get pre approved or you will have to have your own funds available at the end of the auction.

2. All vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. The vehicle will be described accurately, but remember these are used, they will show signs as such. There may or may not be additional maintenance required as would be expected on used vehicles. You are not bidding on brand new, so there may be parts of the vehicle that are not brand new. I am sure this is obvious to most people, but I just want it to be perfectly clear. I will do my best to describe all the obvious and important things so you have a good idea of what you are buying.

3. Buyer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insurance is provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping. Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. All vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unless specifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the miles on this Vehicle, I will.

5. Payment will be made by cash, cashier’s check or money order, Bank wire transfer or Bank financing. A $500.00 dollar deposit must be received within 24 Hours following close of auction and remainder paid within 5 business days unless other arrangements are agreed upon.

6. Ohioresidents must include sales tax. According toOhio law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle in the state ofOhio they will be exempt unless Ohio collects sales tax for your state.Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

7. Buyer assumes all the cost of shipping. We do have local transport companies that we use or can refer.

8. All titles are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens.

9. Any buyer with negative feedback will be ignored unless he contacts us first at 614-255-3420 with a good explanation. There is no sense in running up the prices by people who have problems following through with commitments. Remember you are entering into a legally binding contract. I WILL GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON ANY FINAL BIDDER THAT REFUSES TO HONOR HIS OR HER OBLIGATION!!!

10. Because of my local customers, or any unforeseen circumstance, I must reserve the right to cancel any auction early. This will be rare because I want to give everyone a fair chance. So don’t hesitate in bidding.

11. By the purchase of this vehicle, buyer obligates him or her self to agree with all guidelines and statements made on this auction page by the seller including "as-is" no warranty statements, sales tax regulations, and insurance requirements.
