2001 Ford Excursion Limited Description

For sale is my 2001 Ford Excursion Limited 4WD w/ 7.3l Powerstroke diesel engine. It has 153,410 original miles. This Excursion is probably the nicest, unmolested, bone-stock example you will ever find. Everything works!

My brother bought it in 2002, with less than 10,000 miles on it. He hauled his 5 kids around in it until the oldest two got their own vehicles. Then he sold it to me.

I've had it several years & have used it almost exclusively for my out of state hunting trips. This thing draws attention everywhere I go!

It has never had a programmer or chip installed. Mechanically, it is exactly as it came from the factory.

It has a mild, 2" lift that isn't too gaudy. I'm running General AT2s on Dick Cepek wheels.

Front & rear bumpers are Ranch Hand brand (or similar). They really look good!

I replaced the factory headlights with nice, projection lights.

I have installed an aftermarket JVC stereo system with back up camera.

The factory, VHS entertainment center is still there. It does work... if you can find any VHS tapes to stick in it! Otherwise, use audio/video cables to connect your portable DVD player.

Within the past 13,000 miles I have...
- rebuilt front end (ball joints & tie rods)
- replaced all glow plugs
- replaced all injectors
- replaced air conditioner compressor

Third row seat is included, but not shown in the pics.

Remember, it's a 16 year old SUV. It is not perfect, but it's damn nice! It does have a ding here & there, as expected.

Yes, I'm asking a lot of money for it. No, it's probably not worth $30,000. I have turned down $25,000 offer... twice. I'm not in a money bind & not in a hurry to sell it. However, I would let it go for the right price. I'm not interested in trades.

It is located in Sheridan, AR.
