2013 Ford Fusion SE Details

This Ford Fusion has only had one original owner. He lived out on a farm and worked in the city while commuting with the Hybrid SE. He recently added New Tires. I was planning to buy this car for myself and suup it up/customize the build for racing. When I bought it the hub-bearings needed to be replaced so I added this to the vehicle. I haven't driven it much maybe less than 300miles. I decided not to customize the vehicle but rather to sell it to someone who would need it and enjoy the benefits of having this hybrid.

This Vehicle has been through a multi-point inspection (I have the paper work and nothing but a flush was recommended).

I will start off by saying that the Fusion runs very good. I will break the details down to the "T" because the highest bidder will win the car and I know it is being bought sight unseen so bid with confidence that i put every last detail into this add. I own a Motorcycle Repair shop so I have good knowledge of mechanics. The Fusion was my personal vehicle. Thanks.
Exterior
The paint shines and is not dull. The car has one ding on the front fender see photo above. Wheels are brand New. No light lens cracked or broken. No cracks in the windows. Back Windows are tinted I believe.
Engine/Transmission
The motor and transmission is in excellent shape. The car was always maintained. There are no leaks of any kind from anywhere. The Transmission shifts great and there are no issues whatsoever.
Tires
The tires are great. The fronts are 98% life left and rears are 97%. They were just rotated. There is no uneven wear.
Suspension
The suspension is in great condition. The ball joints, tie rods, all cv boots are in good condition and not torn. It is 100% aligned and drives straight.
Exhaust
In Excellent shape.
Interior
The interior is in really good condition. The owner did own a dog so their is some hair but I have cleaned most of it out with the detail. Non smokers. Car smells good. No alerts or engine warning. No check engine light on.
This car has a clean title. It does not have a lien on it. Highest bidder will win the Fusion. Need paid for in cash in 7 days or less (After 7 Days I will relist the vehicle if not paid) in person or a Certified check mailed to me within 3 business days of pickup or shipping.
