2009 Ford Mustang Bullitt Description

This is the only car I've ever owned that I said I'd never sell. I hate like hell to let it go. If like me, you are a Steve McQueen fan, this is the car for you. I'm the 2nd owner. I bought it with 34,000 miles. I have driven it every other mile. Never wrecked. I've never had any mechanical problems with it. The synthetic oil is changed every 5,000 miles. That said is not show car condition. It has been a loved driver. 7000 Bullitts made. This is #6054.

Here is its faults: There is some rock chips in the hood and front bumper. The paint on the rear bumper has faded and on the top surface & has very small cracks in its refinish. The a/c blows cold and works very well. A fan actuator needs to be replaced and makes a "clicking" noise for about 3 seconds when the A/C fan is turned on. All fan speeds work. Wheels have some curb rash.

Here is the good stuff:

5 Speed, factory sattilite radio with Ford Navigation, good Goodyear tires, I replaced the leather interior seat covers with new 2014 Ford GT take-off interior from Roush Racing. Side window vents are not cheap stick-on mods. These side vents are true flush mounted side glass replacements, which were painted and then urthaned in by an auto glass technician. I replaced the following parts from American Racing: Round headlamps with matching painted bezels, Retro painted mirrors, Struts, Shocks and Coil Springs which lowered the front end by 1", Caster Camber Plates, Front & Rear Control Arms, Ball joint & Bumpsteer Kits and a short antenna, painted sattilite antenna cover. I replaced the Front & Rear Sway Bars with Roush Racing new takeoff sway bars from a 2014 Mustang Shelby. Added big brake slotted and drilled rotors. When new, these vehicles did not have spare tires. This one has a full size spare and added noise suppression foil insulation in the entire trunk area under the factory carpet. I built this vehicle to be subtle and all mods were done professionally and tastefull to be ever-mindful of the original in Bullitt it was designed to honor. I've loved driving this car every mile. I will miss it much more than most of my ex-wives. I will not be trifled with in selling this car. I have just listed it for sale locally so it could sell at any moment prior to the end of this eBay auction. Or, I might just follow my heart and never sell it and then have no regrets
