2000 Ford F-150 Regular Cab Pickup Description
Low mileage 2000 Ford F-150 standard cab, 6 1/2 ft bed, V-6, 5 spd manual transmission, averaged just 5900 miles per year. A/C, steering wheel mounted cruise control, overhead 2-compartment console with compass and outside temperature display. AM/FM radio with cassette and CD player All Star brand truck bed insert/liner, 2" Reese receiver trailer hitch with flat-4 electric plug. Tires are Hankook Dynapro AT-M 245/75R16 on factory alloy rims. I've owned this truck for over 12 years, was never a daily driver for me, used only when I had to haul something. Always ran great, until a couple of weeks ago when it wouldn't start. It cranks over just fine and sounds like it's about to catch and run, but doesn't. I don't know what's wrong with it. OBD II scan does not show any trouble codes.
I'm selling this truck as non-running, as is, where is.
I'm the third owner. The first owner put a lot of miles on it in a short period of time. He put a lot of stains and some cigarette burns on the interior. I had it steam cleaned twice right after I bought it, most stains are gone and cigarette smell is long gone. As you can see from the pictures, the fronts of the seats still have some sort of stain marks on them, which didn't clean out all the way. The second owner had it repainted/resprayed in the next darker factory color. It originally came from the factory painted Toreador Red Metallic, and I believe he had it resprayed Dark Toreador Red Metallic. Looks ok, but when you get close you can see where they masked off around door handles, windshield wiper sprays, etc for the respray. A picture shows an area just ahead of the rear bumper on the right side, small area is blistering. It was there 12 years ago when I bought the truck, hasn't changed a lot. Another picture shows the top of the roof has some paint crazing/cracking/checking, that was also there when I bought the truck. Doesn't look like it;s changed a lot. Truck has been parked under a pine tree recently, has some pine sap on top of the roof and hood. It has typical dings and scratches you would see on a work truck, mostly parking lot/shopping cart type of stuff. The front bumper has a small square located about one foot to the left and right side of the front license plate, looks like some sort of slight impact or push damage. Can be seen in picture.
Initial deposit of $500 by Paypal, the remainder can also be paid by Paypal or cash.
Truck must be removed within 14 days following end of auction. Please give me some notice when you are coming, so I can plan on being here, I travel often.
Again, I'm selling this truck as a non-running truck, as is, where is. Buyer will have to trailer it or tow it from here at their expense.
