THIS VEHICLE COMES WITH A WARRANTY
I have been an auto mechanic and restorer for 40 years so I know cars inside and out and am also well aware of the huge risk and fear of buying a car without driving it, therefore, I am going to offer a 7 day or 500 mile warranty on the engine and transmission. I know this doesn't seem like a lot but it protects the buyer in the regard that the vehicle will in fact run and perform properly when you get it and it is far more than anyone else is offering. Good luck getting out of Ebay from their buyer protection plan if a vehicle you buy has an undisclosed problem or some major parts fails within a week. This warranty will be in writing and provided at the time of the sale. It will warranty the engine, transmission, alternator, water pump, power steering pump, and the differential. If any of these items fail during that time I will either repair them or pay for the repairs if you are not local or will refund the entire sale price of the car as my option.

EBAY FEEDBACK
Ebay feedback is extremely important . I have received xlnt comments from others whom have bought cars from me and most of the cars I listed have sold prior to the auctions scheduled end date to buyers that used the "Buy It Now" feature. I am not a dealer . I am merely selling off a large collection of cars we have had for years and some of our relatives cars that don't have an Ebay account, however, I am a mechanic and professional vintage Muscle car restorer and some of the cars I built sold for world record prices at Barrett Jackson and other venues so I know cars extremely well.

SHIPPING
If you live out of state and need it shipped I can help with that. It costs around $1100.00 to the East coast including Florida and New York. Pick up time is around 3 days and delivery time is around 5 days. It will stay on the same truck until it gets to your front door. I do not use shippers that transfer vehicles from one truck to another.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This is a very nice, very well taken care of vehicle that has never been smoked in so it doesn't smell like an old ash tray or have cigarette burns everywhere. There has also rarely been more than just the driver in it and there has never been ay children in it to mess up the interior, however, it is not a show room cream puff that has only been driven by a little old lady to church on Sunday. This being said, it has only seen typical use and has never towed anything or been rock crawling off road or had a dent in it etc.
It runs and drives like brand new and the air conditioning truly blows ice cold on 100 degree days and will freeze you out if you leave it on high and the engine never runs hot.
It is an original Southern California vehicle that has been serviced regularly and has never been stored near the ocean or driven on salted roads etc, which partially accounts for the good condition it is in.
It also has a clean Carfax/Autocheck report which I can email to anyone that is interested in seeing it.

PHOTOS
Please look at the photos closely and compare them to any other car you might be interested in. Unlike many other peoples photos, all the photos I take are high resolution so you can see more detail and have a better idea of the true condition of the vehicle be it bad or good. I also take photos of areas that most others don't take including close up engine photos.

OPTIONS
It is loaded with the usual power options including air conditioning, power windows, power door locks and cruise control. It has a factory AM/FM CD player. It also has the very rare 3rd row seat option, however, the seat bottom is not in it at the moment. I will look for it in my storage when I get back but at the moment I can not guarantee it will be there and go with the vehicle.
COLD WEATHER ENGINE HEATER
This also has the optional cold weather engine heater.
COLOR
This is fairly rare special order color called Medium Wedgewood Blue which I have only seen one other time, and the photos don't do it justice. It is an incredibly beautiful, rich looking metallic blue with just a hint of aqua, and we have gotten several compliments on it.

I have the complete factory build sheet which I obtained from a local Ford dealer and will post photos of it. It lists every single option on the vehicle.
FUEL ECONOMY
Contrary to what you may have heard, not all suv's get terrible gas mileage, in fact, this exact model gets a real world average of 18 mpg and some people have gotten as much as 21.
SERVICE HISTORY
It has always been inspected and serviced as per the Ford service guide.
MANUALS
It has all the original manuals and safety cards.
EMISSIONS TEST
It just easily passed the stringent California emissions test.
SAFETY WARNING LIGHTS
There are no lights on.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT
There are no leaks and the entire engine compartment looks very clean.
INTERIOR
It is in very good for a 12 year old used vehicle. The interior is a nice medium gray and the seats are made of very nice cloth. There are no holes in the seats and the drivers seat foam is xlnt and not mashed down from having a 300 lb person in it. There are a couple of extremely light/faint marks on some of the seats from typical use that probably won't even show up in a photo but they are not bad enough to bother us so I never tried to clean them.
The headliner looks like new. The dash and door panels are very nice and are not all scratched up. The steering wheel is xlnt and is not dried out on the top from being exposed to the sun.
BODY
I think there may be 1 or 2 very small thumb size dings but I will look when I get back to be sure. There are no waves or ripples in sides of the body and I posted side angle photos to show how straight it is.
There is zero rust and it has never been driven on salted roads or stored near the ocean where the salt air could corrode it.
PAINT
All the paint is original and it has a nice shine and there is zero peeling, lifting, or heavy fading. There are only a couple very small scratches/chips but nothing big enough to detract from the general appearance as you can see in the photos.
The door jambs are very clean as can be seen in the photos.
TIRES
The tires have around 75% tread remaining with no uneven wear.
TRANSMISSION
It shifts just like it did when it was new.
BRAKES
The rotors are smooth and not heavily grooved from wear and the vehicle stops perfectly straight if the brakes are applied hard from 50 mph with no hands on the steering wheel.
STEERING AND SUSPENSION
They were just inspected for wear and nothing was out of spec. There are no obvious klunks or rattles when going over bumps or small pot holes etc and there is absolutely zero play in the steering wheel. If you move it just 1/4", the vehicle starts turning.
OTHER RECENT SERVICE
The oil was just changed with Mobil 1 extended life and the filter is a new Wix which is far superior and more expensive then the factory Ford one or a regular Fram.
PAYMENT
Unlike other Ebay items which cost far less, nearly nobody accepts full payment for a vehicle through paypal or through a credit card for several reasons and I am no different. Payment balance options are cash, cashiers check, or wire transfer only. Only the deposit of $200.00 ca be paid through paypal.
