1969 Ford Mustang 428 Cobra Jet 4-Speed Ram Air Description

You're looking at one beautiful Mustang! Restored in 2016 to its original Silver Jade color. This Mustang is a true R-code 428 Sport Roof fastback with the highly desired close-ratio 4-speed transmission and ram air hood scoop.

Only 300 miles since restoration. Engine and trans are not original, but it has a correct "C" cast block for a cobra jet, (see picture of block)

This car was built to be driven and shown, with that Ram Air Cobra Jet scoop sticking through the hood - they'll know you've got a big block monster, grab that 4-speed and show them what a BOSS Mustang really is!!!

Here's a partial list of what's been done on this car -

Body fully restored, with new correctly installed quarters, all panels straight and gaps properly set, (note the picture with matching VIN stamp under the fender)

Engine totally rebuilt, dyno-tested to 400 horsepower, and a stump pulling 500 ft ponds torque!

Suspension rebuilt with new springs, all bushings replaced, and new brakes front & back

Rebuilt 4-speed top loader with new Centerforce clutch and Hurst shifter

9-inch Currie rear axle with Trac-Lok (posi), 3.50 gears and integrated traction bars to eliminate any wheel-hop

Chassis frame connectors installed to eliminate flex and improve handling

MSD ignition for reliable starts and better performance - yes the tachometer works

Interior is mint with new carpet, excellent dash, door panels, trim, and correct seats

New wheels and tires, all chrome & trim replaced or restored, the list goes on...this car is a blast to drive
