1989 Ford Mustang LX Hatchback Description

This is my 1989 Mustang LX 5.0. Super clean, great condition inside and out. Runs excellent. Fires right up every time. send me a phone number and I'll text you a video from 5/26/16 of me starting the car.
This car has a number of upgrades that only improve the quality of this car and do not detract from it. Those upgrades include:
SSBC front disc brakes, SSBC rear drum to disc conversion, '93 Cobra brake booster, BBK sub-frame connectors, 3.55 rear gears, BBK chrome plated equal length shorty headers, BBK off road H-pipe, Flowmaster Force II cat-back exhaust, Rebuilt AOD transmission (no more 2-3 lag-shift), B&M 2400 stall, and B&M Fox Body console shifter (the nicest one they make), BBK cold air intake and other minor performance improvements. The car also has clear 6-piece front headlight lenses (as stock, but do not get milky and yellowed - as you can see, a very clean look on a white Mustang), and powder coated factory wheels. Some of the metal trim on the car is also powder coated. the tires (265s rear and 225s front) are almost like new. The car has a full stereo system with Pioneer deck, six (6) Pioneer speakers, and an amp-driven Sony 10" sub. I have a notebook of receipts for all parts and labor. also going with the car is a refurbished, still in the box GT40 upper and lower intake, with 65 mm throttle body, and a Granatelli MAF sensor (all are like new).
This car has been garage kept since I bought it in 2009 from the original owner. The original owner is a woman in her 60s. This car has seen less than 1,000 miles per year (I have 5 other cars) since I've owned it, and it receives an annual oil change with Mobil 1 5W-30 full synthetic.
Me and this Mustang are located in Washington State. I want more garage space, and I am wanting to concentrate on my other cars - maybe do some LS conversion stuff. I am not moving, I am not desperate, and I am not dumb. In other words, I'm not "knocking the price of shipping" off this car.
