ALL ORIGINAL 1957 FORD F-600 TRUCK

1957 Ford F600 Description

This a very nice original truck . 1957 ford f600- with a grain bo, side boards and rear hoist. The box needs a new floor, but otherwise it just needs paint on the rest of it.. The hoist works great. The body is in good condition, original paint. The truck only has 48455 miles on it. The clutch and brakes work good, the tires are in great condition. The

v8 engine runs fine and has the four barrel holley carberator. Ithas a yellow block with grey valve cover, I am not sure what size the engine is but I think it is a 312 . The trans is a four speed with 2-speed rear axle . . The body has no rust that I can see, the doors shut solid and the windows work good.

So beingthe mechanic on this truck.I will let you know what I did to it.. I completely serviced the whole truck, changed coolant, oil filter, lubed everything. all filters.. Replaced wiper blades,the ignition system, coil wires, plugs etc. and it runs fine. . removed the generator andoverhauled. has new regulator. The fuel tank has been cleaned, repaired sending unit, Inside the cab, the headliner is new, sun visors, even the window crank and door handle, lubed all window tracks, doors shut solid.. All the glass is good except drivers door window glass has cracks like a spider web.. The bench seat is not original but in pretty good shape..

The few things the truck needs-- a floormat, the box floor needs replaced. and the cracked window I guess.

This a beautiful truck with a really nice grill, in excellent shape for its age. This truck could be driven home .
